What is team coaching?
Our team coaching service provides a top-notch coaching solution for your field of sales professionals and leaders. By investing in a block of twelve 45-minute coaching sessions, you can offer this support where it makes sense for you and your business. Whether you choose to engage us to work with twelve individuals, offer two sessions each to six individuals, or three sessions each to four individuals — the choice is yours.

Despite good intentions, when you are spread thin, it’s a challenge to make time for in-depth conversations with the people you want to support. When your twelve coaching sessions are complete, we’ll schedule a wrap-up session with you and provide a written summary of general observations, insights, and recommendations. This report supports you in planning, decision-making, and deepens your understanding of strengths, challenges, and training needs in the field.
Who actually does the business coaching?
Your initial planning conversation will be scheduled with Sue Rusch. During that session, we will discuss your specific objectives. We may recommend that Sue Rusch provide all of your sessions, that Laurie Girardi provide all, or, depending on your specific needs, we may suggest a blend of both coaches. We’ll make a recommendation, and leave the choice in your hands.
How are sessions scheduled?
Once we have discussed your strategic objectives and optimal timing, we’ll set aside specific appointment times for you. You will contact your participants to arrange their sessions, and send us the completed appointment schedule. We will then contact your participants, furnishing a pre-consultation questionnaire and a dial-in phone number. All coaching discussions are held in strict confidence.
