How many people can participate in a Group Webinar?
A minimum of 10 registrants is required, and your Group Webinar can accommodate up to 99 registrants.
How will people register for my Group Webinar?
A special site will be set up for your event. You’ll receive a promotional flyer and link to drive your attendees to your event page.
What is the typical fee to host a Group Webinar?
Group Webinars are an economical way to bring training to your team. Registration fees range from $49 to $149 per registrant, depending on the number of sessions. As the co-host, you do not pay a registration fee.
What if I want to pay one fee, instead of asking each registrant to invest in the training?
Contact us to discuss the details of using webinar technology to deliver customized training for your company or team.
What’s my role before the event?
To preserve the exclusivity of your Group Webinar, your event page will not be public. Your primary role before the event will be to promote the event and drive registration. You’ll receive a weekly registration list so that you can stay informed about how many have enrolled.
Will I need to prepare for each session?
In your preliminary planning meeting, you’ll be asked to share some of your unique challenges and key messages that you’s like Sue to reinforce throughout the training. During each webinar, you’ll be on an open line and can participate as much or as little as you like. You may choose to add to key ideas and ask questions throughout the session, or, if you prefer, wait until the end of the session to wrap up the class with your team.
Will other attendees be able to participate?
Throughout the class all attendees may submit questions electronically.
Will class recordings be available?
All classes will be recorded, and registered attendees will receive a link following each class. Webinar recordings will remain online until the start of the next session. The final class session recording will stay live for one week.
