She will administer and evaluate one electronic survey of new representatives. Your Assessment Report will include actionable suggestions to create dramatic improvements to your new consultants’ startup experience.
Party Experience Assessment
Start with a one-day meeting at your business location. With the scheduling assistance of your sales team, Sue will observe 2-3 parties. She will review Starter Kit and sales training materials. You will receive a comprehensive review of your party support materials, including Catalog, Order Form, Host Planner, and Party Invitations, and an assessment of the extent to which they represent the party practices observed in the field. Sue will assess the effectiveness of the current field party framework and training, and provide specific recommendations to drive performance improvements in product sales, party bookings, and recruiting at the party.
